REGINA — There could be big changes coming to one of Regina’s most familiar retail sites.
After sitting idle for several years, the former Canadian Tire store site at 4520 Albert St. has been bought by Regina-based Pinnacle Developments, whose CEO, Muir Barber, said his firm acquired it about 10 days ago and has no clients signed up at this point. “Retail, that’s what I’d like to do.”
Barber said the property’s attractiveness can be summed up in one word: location.
It’s on heavily travelled Albert Street near Gordon Road, and less than a kilometre from the junction of Highways 6 and 1.
